I’m drawn to the small rituals that make life feel calmer and more beautiful — planning the week, writing things down, reading before bed, sending something in the mail, or simply making your everyday things feel more like you.

Hi, I’m Sonya 

I’m a mom of two, living in New Jersey with my husband and our dog, and I’ve always been the kind of person who loves making everyday life feel a little prettier and a little more put together.

I’m obsessed with lists, organization, and finding small systems that make my naturally chaotic life feel simpler, calmer, and more luxurious. I also have a soft spot for anything pink, gold, or pearl-covered, which tends to find its way into a lot of what I create.

I’ve always been a very creative person, and The Linen Post became a way for me to combine that creativity with the things I genuinely love — planners, paper, beautiful details, and thoughtful little luxuries that make ordinary routines feel special.

Everything you see here is inspired by the way I actually like to live: organized, creative, feminine, and intentional.
